Air bubble? 2017 25 cents

I’ll let this one speak for itself... coin is dirty but I find it hard to believe it’s post mint damage. But if it is, how does this happen? Dryer coin?
Hard to say for sure when you only show part of the coin but the bubble could have been caused
by heat which expanded the air between the copper and nickel.
