Just the date of 25 cent 2009 commemorarif hockey have reptilian eyes i have some 25 cent 2009 hockey with this eye and other 2009 25 cent hockey have no reptilian eye just normal eyes and is not a scratch of caused by wear and tear it's too tiny and precise to be caused by wear and tear not all 2009 hockey have this anomalie just many
