2010 Canadian Quarter

I purchased several of these Canada 25 cent coins, I would like to know if the Canadian mint packaged them. Are they proof like or uncirculated? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

They are uncirculated business strikes.
The last proof- like coins were issued in 1967
They look like RCM packaging.

PS: Coincidentally, PL coins were struck until 2010, but these are regular circulation strikes.
