What do you think about thos quarter

Hey everyone I have this quarter and there's a lot going on with it, the picture doesn't do it Justice but it almost looks like there's a boat on the Queen's face and double lettering but you can't really see it in the pictures. I'll try to get my scope to take better ones but what do you guys think?

All is post-mint, after spending a long time on a well-traveled cement highway or driveway. A person can't even guess what's going on and who did what to it.

Just a well damaged quarter. There is no way for that to happen when the coin was struck.
Value 25 cents.

Even the 9 where the e should be in cents? I really thought I had something

That is not a 9, it is just damage to the “e”.
The devices are permanently engraved into the die so incorrect lettering can’t happen.
