This is a 2000 family quarter with toning and Weighs 5.15 g from what I have researched they come up at 4.4 g according to the picture , which I will attach your thoughts would be much appreciated

Your research is wrong.
That page of information is useless.
Your 2000 family quarter is pure nickel and should weigh 5.05 grams.
5.15 is well within normal

Thank you yes, you are right I did some more research and found the proper weight where that website found their information I have no idea
