2004 First French Settlement Privy Available in Proof?

Does anyone know if the 2004 First French Settlement Privy with the Fleur du Lis stamp came in a PROOF or just the SPECIMEN version?

Coins of Canada 2019 37th Ed. shows 2 coins in Collector Coins section, one with Fleur du Lis privy and says both coins are Proof but I have never seen one other than specimen.

Thanks for checking. I have the same book. I think it may be a mistake. I have only seen the specimens as well.
