It is Machine Doubling that for some reason Charlton has listed as Variety Obv.-002.
It might be worth a couple of dollars more than a regular coin because of the designation.
Yes, it is MD (machine or mechanical doubling). Worth a very small premium, if any, since the offset is very minor. Hundreds of thousands of UNC 1935's are out there, since it was the first year of issue and many went into drawers or boxes/albums. You won't get rich off it, but it's a nice example of a 1st year of issue.
