I haven’t been able to find what the two oval variations on the coin are and how they would influence the coins value. Does anyone have any information on it. Thanks!

Those are called counter stamps. For whatever reason, someone has stamped them after they left the mint.
They are not a variety but could be considered damage. I would still keep it as a novelty though.
