On Ebay 1935 Canada Silver Dollar MS-65 Short Water Line Variety. Graded first by NGC then Confirmed Grade and SWL by ICCS. Very Rare to find in MS-65 and from what I believe highest grade known.

According to NGC website, there are 265 graded MS65 and 66 graded higher.
They do not recognize the SWL so it is grouped in with the others.
I can’t tell from your photo if it is a SWL or not.

Yes it's a short water. No horizon line. That's the real way to tell. I didn't remove it from the NGC case because I find the coins are better protected than the ICCS coin. If you look at the the ICCS certificate to clearly states that it's a short water. From past auctions on heritage I couldn't find anything higher that a ms-65
