1975 Voyager dollar

I have a 1975 voyager dollar that’s Supposed to weigh 15.62 g and this one’s weighing more according to coins in Canada’s information any advice or information would be appreciated Is this within tolerance being .23 g heavier thank you in advance

That's about 1.5% overweight, not significant.

15.62 is the average weight that blanks should weigh when bought in bulk.
As long as bags of say 20,000 blanks weigh within a certain tolerance, they are acceptable.
Some may weigh less, some may weigh more. Unless there is a difference of over a gram,
there really is not much interest for them.
