1996 toonie error?

I found this one today and it just created more questions lol please I need your help again, I don't know why it looks rough on the rim and is this crack a error and does it have value ?

Is it the fake camel toe toonie? Looks like it went into a vending machine and didn't like it.

It's a fake camel-toe toonie, so it has a $2 value IF the merchant will accept it. It's worth nothing legally. The "die crack" that you have pointed out is part of the design. The bear is on a ledge or broken part of the ice. They are all like that.
