I found this toonie today and I have never found anything like this before.
the outer ring has a light blue chrome look to it and the middle looks like its kinda face but idk.

Can't see anything on the pictures but the discolouration is probably toning.
The outer core is made of Nickel and is not unusual to slight colour changes.
The marks on the queens face is just damage.
It's still worth $2.00 though.
