It is a fake error.

Look at the maple leaf at the top - it is the exact same obverse die as the “camel toe counterfeits”.

Obviously made to order for someone, with the intent to deceive.

I agree with SPP that it's a fake purposely done. I've wanted to say it was a fake from the beginning because, being a mechanical engineer and knowing how the Mint strikes coins and how the dies are fitted, I could see no way that the coin could have been made. SPP is the expert on weird, strange errors and high grade loonies and toonies(along with a friend), so I'll take his word. The coin is a keeper, but only because of it's visuals.
