2004 toonie error what do you think?

Hey everyone I've got this 2004 toonie and there looks like it might be an error. there's a ring that goes around the entire side of the Queen's head what do you guys think?

Not an error, that is caused by the crimping machine that folds the ends when the
coins are rolled. Very common and is considered damage.
