Canadian 1959 1 dollar coin grade?

Hi all, this coin is from a selling site asking $100.00 + for the coin. I was wondering if a MS 64 grade is realistic for the coin in this photo. If this coin grades MS 64, I have some similar coins I will get graded. Thank you for looking.
