That is a common silver dollar that is OK to have, but not worth it to have it cert'd. It is hard to tell from the picture the actual grade (Xf or so), but it has been whizzed or pilished or mechanically cleaned in some manner. A rule of thumb for having a coin 3rd party graded ... unless Trends or a book price is more than $200, then don't even THINK about having it certified. A book-price $200 coin usually can't be sold to a dealer for more than $100. If the certification costs $25, then your coin is only worth $75 tops, minus the postage. Subtract what the coin cost you and you are not looking at much and you would have a $25 total loss if the TPG body-bags your coin (as being cleaned). In my opinion you have a relatively common .800 silver dollar worth scrap silver price..... less than $20.
