Appears uncirculated but the glare is a hindrance to grading any further

Too much reflection and shadowing to get a close grade. For "wear" only, it looks UNC or very close to it. Need better straight-on pics with no tilting and light from more than one direction. If you have that question, it is NOT a dot 36.
