Hoping one or more of the pros like Coin Guy will post their opinion regarding the grade assessment of the USA 1969d penny.

It is always hard to grade a coin from a photo as lighting plays a big factor but I will say AU58.
There is some slight wear on the high spots. Perhaps someone else can give an opinion.

Not famliar with us coins but heres my opinion. Au-55 to ms-62. Is this coin rare?

Not rare at all. There were over 4
Billion of the D mint alone produced.
It only has value in MS66 or higher.

I am not a US penny collector but a have a couple of rolls of indian/ wheat coins here…
This One have a Nice rainbow set Up, with scratch - free surfaces..
