It is rainbow mostly with the colour blue. Does it have value more than 1$?

I can’t see where it is Struck Through Grease unless it is on the reverse which you don’t show.
Toning is common on a lot of coins so unless it is extreme, I don’t really see any extra value in it.

I don't see a strike through either and the coin has been around something with sulpher in it.

Thanks I was not sure how it became so blue I thought it was grease.
