50 cent grading help

Could use some grading help on 50 cent coins I picked up today.

37 is XF+ & 46 is AU maybe, but you can't grade from a screen. Are the splotches on the holder or coin? with wear in hair

Thanks Bill, the splotches are on the coin. I took pics without the light box & zoomed in closer so the wear is more evident (hopefully). Could the splotches be from cleaning?
