Here is a news release from the Bank of Canada re: the new designed $20 featuring King Charles III:

In a nutshell: they're redesigning the note (vertical format) with the king's portrait & the new design (same green colour schemed) should appear in 2027.

It will be interesting to see! I wonder if it will take as long as the vertical $5 they said was coming a few years back.
