1954 Canadian $1 bill

I've come across this $1 note from 1954, and am not sure of it's value. It does not have an asterisk in the serial number so I don't think it is from the replacement series. Any information anyone can provide would be appreciated.

Not a Devils Head or anything special about the serial number so in
that condition, only worth face value.

Ok, thanks. I couldn't tell from the description on the site if it was a Devil's face note or not (I couldn't see it, but I could never find Waldo in the pictures either). Just knew it wasn't the replacement without the asterisk. Thanks for your reply.
