1923 Dominion of Canada $1.00 McCavour-Saunders Purple seal group1 series c....
The note that I have shows the series as c-1. Can anyone please advise if this is a test note?
Serial number is C6434266 c-1 B shown lower right.

Test Notes only had serial numbers from 1000001-1078500 so I would say that yours isn't.
All purple seals have a C-1 to the right.
