Assuming that 160,000+ of these replacement notes were potentially printed, I would be interested in hearing discussion on the possible fate of the missing 159,000+ *JA's not recording in a registry? Returned to the Bank? Not all of the 160,000 were actually printed? Someone is hoarding? Collectors not coming forward with their holdings?
