1967 Uncirculated One Dollar Bills (no serial numbers)

Post by LPH11 » Tue Aug 23, 2022 4:28 pm

I have some uncirculated 1967 Canadian Centennial one dollar bills. There are no serial numbers on them, only "1867 1967" in red. I am trying to determine their value.

Depends on the grade. Normal uncirculated could bring $2-3.00 each.
The problem is trying to sell them, there are millions of uncirculated bills out there.

With no serial number you can't look anything up, but this might help if you can grade some of them yourself.

Uncirculated are worth a bit more, but you lose any options for things like special serial numbers, sequences, etc. If what you have are in really good shape, store them well. I think a fair number have been just tossed because there is nothing inherently special in them, but if people are tossing them or tipping their waitress with them, then ones in good shape could gain a bit of value.
