I picked this up at an auction, and when I got it I realized it had a printing error. I think it is an Ink Smear on the reverse upper right hand corner. What do you all think. Is it worth a little bit extra?

The minor bit of ink that slightly smears through into the border of some 1935, 1937 & 1954 series is common enough to be considered within tolerance of QC. The presence of this sort of thing is minor (not dramatic enough to be considered an error). I have seen these about as often as a bit off-centred designs (also not considered errors). In fact, some collectors might avoid these notes (preferring clean/clear borders) & may look upon such smearing the same as a poorly centred note (I don't consider them that way but some perfectionist may).
