One dollar bills encased in lucite

Post by johnnybegood51 » Sun Feb 26, 2023 6:55 pm

I have a paperweight that is allegedly 100 one dollar bills encased in plastic. Is this as advertised? Any idea of value? See pics attached.

I can't see any value over $100.00. They have no value being encased and by the time and effort it
would take to the remove the lucite, they would probably all be damaged and worth $1.00 each.
Just my opinion.

oh how sad!
I am not quite sure why anyone would do that to bills...but I guess it does happen.

The back is a piece of black plastic so you can't see the other side of the note.
