Bank wrapped 1965 nickels

I purchased six bank wrapped 1965 Canadian nickels. My question is should I unwrap them and check for high grade coins and then store them in a plastic tube. Are they worth more in original wrappers? In the value guide it has large beads and small beads. Large beads seem quite rare. In ms65 its value is $90.00. Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you.
