I was recently going over some old penny rolls I had from many years ago and found 2 pennies ( 1940 and 1945 ) that seem to either be chrome clad or plated with something. Their weight is approx. 3.2 grams.
I will try to attach some pictures , however if anyone knows why they are like this I could use the help.
Hopefully the pictures are good as I took them with my cell phone.
