Coin flips
Do you recommend removing coins out of PL sets and putting them in coin flips I would like some information in that area Please and thank you not sure what I should be doing.

I would say it is personal preference. Some people want original packaging. 95% of my collection is stored in binders, so I prefer to remove them from packaging.
Also saves a lot of space and weight. I find collections more interesting by denomination than trying to look at sets. Might decrease value, i don't know.
After I break sets, i always hold the packaging up to the light and is usually
Dirty, scratched, full of fingerprints. Especially filsmy pilioform sets. They always seem to get banged around. I am usually surprised how much better they look.
