of course you can...
my point is does anyone have confidence that what you see on the computer screen is actually going to show up and if it does not...what can you do about it?

I got your point karlpc.

There's always a risk buying/selling stuff on social media.

But if you deal with a long term members, the risk is virtually zero.

New members can just start by selling/buying basic stuff, not so expensive to get experiences.
Your name will be known by other members with time.

I'm quite new on this forum, but I'm a long time membre on the french side of CaC (Numicanada) with more than 1200 posts.

On the french side there's a page for feedbacks. It's a good place to highlight trusted members and Trolls.
I don't know if there's an equivalent page on CaC.

Hi!

Same with Ebay. You look at the seller feedbacks, number of sales, free returns.

Always better in person, but with the situation these days, probably eaiser online!

I have been an online buyer and seller since 2000 e-Bay, Auction Houses, Face Book and others I can honestly say I have only had maybe 3-4 bad experiences were I was ripped off and never received the coins I purchased or wrong item. I consider this a low risk for online buying and selling with my experience of online deals
