Centennial dimes and quarters are worth less as the silver bullion value is 65%, not 80%

dadhoards, a few days ago i was asking the question of how to tell a 1967 80% silver dime from a 50'% Bill in Burl indicated the drop test, the one with the highest pitch ring is the higher silver content. you might be able to get a better idea of how much silver you have there.
And to your question "yes" lots of people collect and lots of people hoard silver coins.

I agree that lots of people collect and hoard silver coins but the OP's question was "are centennial coins worth more"
as he is trying to sell them.
The answer is no because anyone buying centennial dimes and quarters is not going to pay more than 65% bullion.
Maybe what Bill says is true but no one is going to stand there and ping 145 dimes and 102 quarters to see which is which. That is why I stated that they are worth less as they average out to 65% as opposed to 80% of the earlier years.

Point taken coinguy, if your trying to sell them bulk you would need to go on a average.
