Hello, I have 1 cent 1973 - Canadian coins, copper, not magnetic, concave/convex double struck!

Sorry but that is not an error, it is damage.
There is no way that could happen during the striking of the coin.
It’s only value is as a novelty.

I agree with coinguy. This shape cannot be produced by the Mint.

I agree, not mint. I think that a mallet, pieces of leather and the round end of a ball-peen hammer got some use
