1962 Hanging 2 and Re-Engraved Neck/Chin penny

they seem to be in the original paper over foil wrap. are these things worth anything?
There is no such thing as original paper over foil wrap, nor are there any reengraved necks or chins.
We're going to need pics of your coin to see exactly what you have.
