1944 Steel 5 cents error #1107

Post by pmcoins » Sat Jul 02, 2022 9:17 am

You will note there is also a spike coming out of the forehead of George. On my MS-65 Obverse, I have a die break off the truncation left to the denticles and reverse die break from first 4 to Maple leaf and from Maple leaf to denticles, and from the last A right step into field.

That is a 1945 Die Clash.
Where are the pictures of your 1944 nickel?
Not quite sure what you are asking here but we need photos of YOUR coin.
