1947 Dot nickle
Any comments on this 1947 dot nickle would be appreciated. Not sure if this is a good coin or not. Xo

Yes, it is a 47 dot and it is a good coin.
Can’t really grade it when you only show one side.

Thanks Coinguy here are some more photos. Hope they help. Thanks again. The left side of the coin seems fatter then thr right side. The weight is 4.5 grams. My scale does not go to.05 so need to get another scale.

The weight is OK. What you have on the Obverse is called a MAD ( Misaligned Die) which causes the rim
to be slightly off centre. Fairly common and does not affect the value of the coin.
Too bad yours is worn and scratched or it would be worth a fair amount but you should be able to get
a premium for it if someone is looking for a hole filler. I would grade yours at V20 Details.
Just checked eBay sold prices, the last V20 scratched sold for $31.00
