Does anyone recognize this T of CENT
i’m pretty sure it’s an obverse 5 but the T is reputed on the right

Obverse 5 is fairly easy to recognize with the rust spot on the Queen's neck. A picture of both sides of the cent would help to ID! The stem on leaf 9 from your photos looks like PC17 5+E7b but not 100% without photos of both sides.

It has the rust spot for sure there is no mention of the T being repunched on Any of the reverse dies that were paired with the obverse 5?

I still believe that it is PC17 5+E17b. Here is a photo of mine that you can compare with.

I can't see any doubling on mine buy I don't use a microscope just a 10 power loupe

I would agree with Gallant that this is a Reverse die E7b. ( I'm sure MG meant E7b and not E17b ) The match of the stem to leaf 9 is the best marker.
