When posting, please show a photo of the whole coin as well as the closeup.
From what I can see from that partial photo, you have what is known as a
Vise or garage job where another coin has been pressed into it.
It is not an error but considered damage.

makes sense why it's flat pressed on the opposite side

Someone has taken a '37 cent and placed it carefully on top of the '46 cent. Then they whacked it as hard as they could with a heavy hammer ... a garage job. I couldn't see anything from your photos, so it's just a good guess.
