I don't see anything "pink" or "stary" or even white. It's just a penny that has many many thin scratch lines on it, like someone scrubbed it with a brush. They are no die polishing lines because the scratches go through the design as well, not just in the fields.

These beautiful coin has Pink Shade showing on first scan change to White Silver on second scan obviously like others people seen on other forum

There are plenty of straight lines across entire surface on obverse as Raining Surface wondering these is normal or not happen on other pieces

I see only lines/scratches on the Reverse of the coin. At the mint, "die polishing" will leave somewhat similar lines only on the 'fields" (the flat part of the coin). Since these lines go across both the fields AND the design, they are scratches that happened to the coin after it left the mint. I don't see pink or stars, but that just may be the photo non-clarity. If the coin IS pink, then some chemical or cleaner was applied to the coin.

It is hard to believe what you said and it does not make sense to be honest with you because their other Raining surface applied on other coins there

Anyway these coin surely will send to ngc for grading and probably receive mint stake with high rating numbers results to prove you there

You are right about straight lines across the surfaces on both sides from polished die after minted but it would not create scratches because the straight lines are raised on the lower portion but not over raised portion on the surfaces what you mean is cleaning or polish will create scratches on the surfaces that is from normal die minting to be honest with you after receive latest information on the real experts on the coin forum there
