1993 can penny.must of got caught in die machine.distorted queen,doubling die,die print coming thru from opposite side.
I have never seen this before.atvfirst I thought it just got badly bent and abused.a closer look reveils otherwise.you can also see the H II of Elizabeth II on opposite side of coin.

Sorry but that is just a damaged coin, either intentionally or unintentionally.
The only way an error can occur is during the striking of the coin and there is no way that could happen during that time.
