2023 black toonie

I bought a 2023 black toonie (2023 above the queen, and her life dates below), but have not been able to find any information or literature regarding it. Only about the 2022 black toonie.

Can anyone shed light upon this?

Pictures please, there was no black toonie issued in 2023.
